When picnic season hits (which Mother Nature willing, should be any day now) dry-cured meats are one of the first things we toss in our knapsack. They travel well, feel a little fancy, and are a good excuse to pack a pretty pocket knife. Our fondness for these handy snacks led us to Underground Meats and it was love at first slice.
