Peppers, water, salt + time. They're the four humble ingredients Amanda, a chef, and Chase, a farmer, marry together to make their brilliantly hued, organic, fermented hot sauces. Because they're raw, the vibrant flavors and zing of each California-grown pepper varietal are never muddied. And true to their name, they bring the burn. Nothing a little cerveza can't cure though. We appreciate the attention to detail in packaging too. The eyedropper medicine bottles allow for precision saucing, a feature especially handy when the oyster knife comes out. In addition to hot sauces, Chase + Amanda flex their fermenting skills with escabeche. These hot pickles conjure patio season happy hours the whole year through.
